Before coming to Marietta College to teach portraiture in the spring of 2001, Ms. Nash spent 25 years designing airbrush painted and hand dyed fabric and clothing, which she sold in galleries and fine art shows across the United States.

She received numerous awards and was featured in the Fiberarts Design Book in 2004 and 2007. She has served as a juror for several national fine craft shows as well.

Her current focus on painting is on portraiture. She currently shows paintings at Art Festivals when she's not teaching. She also exhibits in juried gallery exhibitions.

Ms. Nash teaches drawing, flat design, water-based painting, illustration and life drawing.
