Safety & Well-Being on Campus

Hang Up & Drive

As of July 5, 2014, Marietta City law bans talking and texting on a hand-held cell phone while driving. Marietta City Police will ticket drivers who do not obey the law. Stay safe and put down the phone.

Marietta College employs many people to keep the campus safe and secure. The departments of College Police, Physical Plant, Dean of Students, and The Office of Community Living are responsible for security and safety policies governing the campus, including residence halls, fraternities, and sororities as well as teaching about security and crime prevention.
